Today was another campfire story. This time we talked about Jonah and the big fish. Talk about a whopper of tale!
Jonah - "I once caught a fish so big it swallowed me! Then I rode in it's belly for three days before it spit me back up on shore!"
Everyone - C'mon, Jonah.....
One of the lessons we can take from this story is you can do what God wants the hard way, or you can do it the easy way - but you're going to do it.
God has a plan and it's going to happen no matter what we think. That's encouraging or it's infuriating, depending on where you stand with God.
