I’m talking about a rhythm of life today - living a full, abundant life as offered by Jesus, contrasting it with a life consumed by worry, materialism, or religious pretense. Jesus modeled a balanced rhythm of life—work, rest, worship, and play—that believers are encouraged to follow.
The modern world often disrupts this rhythm, turning work into drudgery, play into a task, and worship into a rarity. However, Jesus invites us to trust God for our needs, reject the pressure to overwork, and embrace a balanced life as a form of stewardship.
Jesus came to give abundant life—full of joy, purpose, and balance. Embrace the rhythm of work, rest, worship, and play as modeled by Him.
